Dill
Variety: Bouquet
Season: Summer, Early Fall

Storage & Culinary Tips
-
Dill wilts easily, so we recommend using the “bouquet method” and filling a glass jar with an inch of cold water, taking off the rubber band around the dill and place the ends of the stems in water. Cover the greens with a small plastic bag. Replace water daily and store in a shady, cool place in your kitchen.
-
Dill pairs beautifully with creamy ingredients. Dairy, avocado, potatoes, and anything else that can balance the strong herbaceous notes of dill.
-
Delicious in sauces and dressings to bring the flavor up to the next level, or try the well loved combination of garnishing fish with dill and lemon.
-
Dill is totally underrated in the U.S. It's used prodigiously throughout Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and parts of the Middle East.
